Clear layflat polythene tubing is a versatile product that is used across several industries in wide ranging applications. It is sold on a continuous roll and is available in a large selection of widths and strengths and is suitable for sealing using heat sealers, staples, tapes and ties.

Medium duty 250 gauge (62.5 micron) thickness is used widely in warehouses and packing rooms to produce custom sized bags. Simple to use, cut the tubing to length, seal at one end and your clear polythene bag is ready to use. Medium duty is suitable for lighter items such as linens, posters, stationary, clothing and the like.

Heavy duty 500 gauge (125 micron) thickness should be selected when you need a higher puncture and tear resistance. This heavy duty tubing is widely used for packing rugs and carpets, and can be used to create custom sized bags that protect awkward shaped and heavy items. It offers protection from atmospheric conditions such as dust, dirt and moisture.
