Polypropylene strapping is perfect for strapping most pallets and is available in 3 different break strains for light, medium or heaving duty strapping. It can be used with specialised tools, such as tensioner and sealing tools and metal seals, or without tools by using metal buckles. The use of tools naturally increases the tension the strapping making it more secure.
Available is 3 strengths and lengths:
12mm x 1000m - 310kg Brake strain HEAVY DUTY
12mm x 1500m - 230kg Brake strain MEDIUM DUTY
12mm x 2000m - 150kg Brake strain LIGHT DUTY
- Polypropylene strapping wound on a tough plastic reel suitable for hand sealing.
- Available in 3 different strengths for light, medium and heavy-duty applications.
- Used to bundle, unitise and palletise products quickly and efficiently.
- Embossed along the length to prevent damage.
- Ideal for use with a dispenser trolley as well as hand dispensers.

How to apply hand pallet strapping to pallets, cartons and parcels:
Option 1
Use hand strapping tools.
You will need either a tensioner and a sealer tool or a combination tool. (which is a combination of a tensioner and sealer.)
You will need 12x25mm semi open metal seals to seal the strapping.
Option 2
The old fashioned way.
By using metal buckles or plastic bucklesand doing it by hand.
